Hope White can finish the year strong. Most hate him, but i think he is one of our best bottom tier players especially with his elite speed and endurance and a great kick on the run.

interesting to see hardwick drop dea and moore. we all knew maric was gone. some interesting ins. im not sure helbig has the tank for a full game, so who will likely be sub?

Whitey played well in his last game. Gave us some much needed run in Foley's absence. Shame he got reported because I feel he could have helped us over the line in our last 3. Then again, maybe not

Great to see Helbig in, I just hope he's not a bit too underdone.

And always good to see Griffffaaaaa, the man is a weapon!

Would be sad if Kelvin were delisted from here.

Best thing is, 2 more mids to add to the rotations! Keep em fresh.

You do realize this is whites second game for the year? Not sure how that constitutes "continuing to get a game"?

As mentioned earlier he is exactly the depth player we need, someone who can come in and play a role. And he could still improve after all is still only 25.

Lack of midfield depth. It's non existent. Exactly the same reason Jackson is still around sadly.

Can't understand why people think it's good ins. Not many other clubs would rush back a kid like Helbig after his 2nd game at Coburg off a long term injury. Especially by all reports he wasn't that impressive. Nothing against him but it shows were we're at.

I wouldn't call Brown and Merrett short. Depending if Merrett plays forward of course.
Rich has had a good season for them and him coming back is a big in. Their midfield is damaging with Redden, Rockliff, Rich and Black.
I'm gonna be a doomsayer. Lions by 30.

Simple really, dimma was angry about players not putting head over the ball and this was his coburg report entry:

A mixed bag from Brad. We loved his physicality and intent around the contest. His willingness to hunt the football and opponent was excellent. Unfortunately, though, his kicking, which is normally a strength, was a bit off. He missed a few targets by foot that he’d usually be expected to hit.

Think White brings alot to the table and most importantly is able to play pretty much any role. Interestingly due to byes and suspension has played only 4 games in the last 12 weeks.

We have been playing all year with the expectation or at least the carrot of finals.
I think this could be a flat one for us.

Outside of merrett and brown, they are short up forward. Down back Mcguire is their only real tall. Patfull isn't very tall. Lions will miss the finals too and after losing by 100 last week we should be confident of winning this

I like Helbig, glad to see him in reckon he's a good solid midfielder. Will never be a star but a guy that will play his role well.
