draw has alot to do with it, they have momentum while we are stumbling, no excuse for our poor play but we did beat them 18 days ago. we will finish ahead of them.

A "big out" with a "wow" suffixed to it is not Matt White. A "wow" omission would be a Hamish Hartlett, a Chad Wingard or perhaps a Justin Westhoff.

Happy that SANFL form has been rewarded but I really think we are still going to be one ball winner short in the middle. Ollie can't turn us from being thumped by Brisbane to playing some decent football himself. I really think we needed to bring Young in, in the end I think Kenny has not been bold enough.

I would have liked to see Westy dropped or at least some sort of statement that last week is far from acceptable.

A) Gray is probably the least inspiring player on our list. Should not under any circumstances be taking opportunities from the likes of Amon or Ah Chee.
B) If he's upgraded in Polec's place, what happens when Frampton gets back? If we have to move Krak back to the SANFL in a few weeks because we wasted Polec's list spot on Sam ****ing Gray I will flip. Shocking, baffling list management.

Going to be the same shit every time.

Sam Gray starts in the middle. Outbodied by everyone, runs around doing nothing. Not turning the ball over for him is considered a win. Moves to half forward/full forward and maybe kicks a goal and stays in the side because Port Magpies story and he kicked a goal.

No Krak can't be upgraded for Kane, but a rookie can be upgraded week 11.

Picking players for the AFL team is not rocket science nor a lucky dip. Our club is the only one that struggles so badly with it, we've regularly picked guys who are way out of form or clearly not up to AFL for 10+ years.

Gray doesn't have any standout attributes for AFL, so you don't pick him. Its that simple.

When 2 of Boak/Gray/Wines are resting we'll get smashed in the center square again. Our coaches need a serious rethink of what the best team balance is before we can win the premiership.

Think we've already cooked our chance. Premiership sides don't upgrade 2 rookies and get deperate enough to play guys like Butcher, Redden and O'Shea in the first 7 rounds...
