What is it with people dropping Ellis every week???

Vickery needs to do something to justify his spot, even if Miller's a spud it's more about making Vickery earn it.

In - Vickery, Foley, Grimes, Morris
Out - Miller, Batchelor, Dea, Ellis/O'Hanlon

Gonna be interesting at selection in a fortnight. I really can't see us making wholesale changes yet there are 4 key players to slot back in. Only certain out I can see is Miller, could be a few injury enforced and Houli's report could be another though I'd be shocked if he copped time for that incident

B: Dylan Grimes, Alex Rance, Steven Morris
HB: Bachar Houli, Ben Griffiths, Chris Newman
C: Shaun Grigg, Shane Tuck, Brett Deledio
HF: Daniel Jackson, Tyrone Vickery, Robin Nahas
F: Dustin Martin, Jack Riewoldt, Shane Edwards
Foll: Ivan Maric, Trent Cotchin, Nathan Foley
Int: Daniel Connors, Jake King, Reece Conca
Sub: Brandon Ellis
Emerg: Brad Miller, Jake Batchelor, Matt Dea

Like to see this side(going to need it to beat crows) Is that our best possible side?
I think so.

As per most of the previous posts:

Foley, Grimes, Morris and Vickery to return.

Batchelor - Grimes
Dea - Morris
Miller - Vickery
Foley - O'Hanlon

With Conca/Ellis to sub.
O'Hanlon a bit stiff but that's what happens when there's competition for places.

Need to keep Griffiths in defence for Tippett as Rance would be too short against him.
Rance to Walker will be a beauty of a contest between these two.
Morris to the Callinan
Grimes to the porpoise
Tuck and Thompson to go head to head.
Jackson to ? Dangerfield/Sloane

Not sure who would pick up Cotchin/Deledio for the Crows Van Berlo maybe?

Connors to remain up forward
Edwards and Nahas to fire.

Jake King to start a riot;)

Some seriously exciting match-ups possible. Can't wait already. Damn you 'the Bye'

If Browne puts in another solid performance playing as KPF/Follower for Coburg, Vickery's position may just be in on the line in the short term.
Pretty sure Graham's form is ahead of Browne's atm

You cant be serious. Drop King for this particular game? Not a hope in hell.

I bet Benny and Dimma would want to pull the boots on for this one.

RICHMOND was furious yesterday after a discussion between an Adelaide official and an AFL staffer led to small forward Jake King being suspended.
Later, it emerged that the charge was only laid after an Adelaide official discussed the incident with the AFL.

Richmond was in no doubt what happened. ''The charge was not laid as part of the original match review panel findings, and was brought to the AFL's attention by the Adelaide Crows [on Monday night],'' the Tigers said on their website yesterday
Dogs.
With inconclusive video, the tribunal relied on two Adelaide Football Club medical reports, the second of which said it could not be determined if Otten's concussion had been caused by King's tackle.

Interesting selection conundrum about to hit the brains trust..
IMO, its a lock in that they will go with 3 kpds in Griff, Rance & Grimes.
Griff will take Tippett and Grimes to Walker and Rance as the "wolf".
Also tipping that O'Hanlon will be, or should i say, should retained at the very least as a sub, especially if its a sort of dry track.
Reckon the kamikaze might get a longer time to get over the shoulder.
One of Dea/Batchelor will get the tap on the shoulder, tipping it might be Dea for this one.
Although Batch stunk it up to an extent in the last few, his "experience" will get him the nod, over Dea.

Super important game for us in the scheme of things that will hail our arrival into September if we can nab the result. The other pleasing thing is that we are 2-0 interstate this year..Lets make it 3-0..;)
