What is clear about this coach is that if you aren't already in the team, you aren't coming in.

Ken trusts Jake Neade as a KPF before Howard and Eddy. As he did ahead of Butcher when we had westhoof and trengove as our forward. 50 games Jake neade. Eddy and Howard wasting in the reserves.

At a minimum he is out for 4 weeks. And Ken lacks courage so won't risk the unknown.

Better a Hamish Hartlett giving a 3/10 who might deliver a 7/10 than play someone else who might give a 5/10 or 1/10.

He can't drip hamish or he'll look stupid when he drops him and more stupid when he brings him in one week later

Well that's just bad luck. Ken should be coaching to win and picking players based on form and ability. He's setting a bad prescedent for the rest of the group and this sort of stuff is an excellent way to cause divisions.
