Pertinent thoughts here from Philosoraptor

It's crazy the players we have out, and the form we've been in. This week we have the following unavailable due to injury:

Glass
Waters
Sheppard
Ellis
Yeo
Rosa
Selwood
Wellingham
LeCras

If our whole squad was available for selection, I think 8 of them would play. Well done to the depth players who have shown something in the past fortnight.

Just backed Eagle Storm in the last in Singapore, it started strongly settled in second and finished too strong for the rest.
Money's going on the boys for tomorrow.

you guys shouldn't really underestimate watson lol he came back firing first game back last year after injury

No doubt hes a champ ( with a little help, cough cough) but he aint Jesus , 12 weeks out in todays game is a big disadvantage .
Unless that is , hes recieved a little more help ( coug , cough)

My theory is that this year he was never actually injured in the first place. Was the first thought that came to me when I heard he would miss weeks.

Not really sure what your club was up to with the move yet but it'll have been something dodgy no doubt.

I don't think so. Besides Glass and LeCras, I would have the rest come back through the WAFL. Regarding the team, If it works - It ain't broken.

I was more talking about a situation where the whole squad is fully fit. I've got 8 of them in my team for round 1 next year.

You've got a point though. If players are performing, it's hard to drop them.

We still can take the 8th position if we beat Melbourne and Gold Coast by a big margin as Richmond, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Collingwood will lose at least one of their last two games.
We should field an attacking team to beat Melbourne in Perth.

Who do Richmond play? They have won a fair few in a row now haven't they

Saints and Sydney

That's the Swans in Sydney as well

Glass has retired. Can't vouch for his fitness at this point in time but I don't think he is in the mix for selection.

My point was that he is unavailable due to injuries. If his body had held up this year he wouldn't have retired. It doesn't really matter anyway.
