I got a few tickets to the game. Might not even go at this rate... Just joking... I'll be there but if we lose to Fremantle I will not watch one more game this year. Hold me to it.

Armfield will play in WA in front of family don't worry about that
Hope to see all at the pre-game function and at the game
We always have fun regardless
Goodluck Bower.Hope to see you also perform for the family

Out: STEVENS, Bannister, Bower(injury)
In: Walker(hopefully), Anderson, Hadley

OUT : Fisher, Houlihan

IN: Gartlett, Robinson

Fisher and Houlihan terrible players, let the club down time and time again. Fisher's just not good enough while Houlihan plays scared.

Out: Bower (inj), Stevens, Grigg
In: Thornton, Hadley, Garlett

Lets be honest, there were a lot of horrible players out there tonight, but you can't drop the entire team.

People are gonna try and tell me how good Grigg was, I had my gf turn to me 2nd quarter and ask if he was "the new Russell", and she doesn't even know football much, his turnover rate was a disgrace. To see him lining up in the guts whilst the likes of Murph and Simmo went forward at the start of the 3rd, I just hung my head.

Fisher was nearly our best player, he played on Flecther took heaps of grabs, even Ratten said he was just about best

Sorry Guns but if that's why he'd be playing, that's why we're going nowhere!
I sat out of the debate on the "Armfield is a hack" thread, but let's be honest - he's really struggling. A handy athlete, determined and courageous but seriously lacking quality skills and footy nous.

Out: Houlihan (soft last night and disposal terrible), Armfield (while tries hard, still to much of a liability with disposal, decisions), Bannister (just dont think he offers anything), Bower (if injured)
In: Russell (for Houlihan), Thornton (for Armfield), Gartlett (for Bannister), Hartlett (if bower injured)

Austin wasnt great but persist with him, Stevo was shocking but still need him to succeed. Griggs is important to us as gives us extra runner, stopping player and good bakll winner.

Lets be realistic here. There are no stand ups to come in at present. Robinson is going to be great but is not going to move mountains this year. Hadley and Johnson are just not up to it and no better than anyone touted to be dropped. Hartlett in a similar boat. The only guy who perhaps is worth perservering with would be Garlett at this stage. The problem with the present 22 is not so much the names but the lack of consistency. Our issues are far deeper than the playing personal.

Out: Bannister, Bower (inj), defensive notions
In: Thornton, Garlett, attacking notions

Houlihan tagged
Joseph Tagged
Carrazzo Tagged
Fisher played a defensive role on Fletcher
Bannister tagged and played defensive roles on others

And they didn't even play in the backline for the whole game!

Add them onto Browne, Austin, Bower, Armfield, Jamison

How are you meant to win playing like that?

Too much defending, not enough attacking. The more I think about it, the more angry i get about how tactically inept we were last night.

Out: Houla, Armfield, Fisher, Bower (Inj)
In: Garlett, Yarran, Hartlett, Thornton

Outs:
Houla is excepted for his softness due his skills, when his skills erode he isn't up to standard.

Armfield tried hard but coughs it up nearly every time he touches it.

Fisher is a great mark, but is to slow and cant kick. We get hurt the other way by his player and teams love it when he kicks at goal.

Bower............shattered.

Ins:
Garlett gives us real pace and over in the west he will carve it up.

Yarran would be likely to come in as Subiacos extra space and dry hard ground is where is he used to playing.

Hartlett should be given a go, his form has been very good and I think as a forward or defender he would be of great benefit to the team....I would like to see him forward.

Thornton is hopefully over his injury.

Out: Bower, Armfield, Bannister
In: Thornton, Wiggins, Hadley

At least one of Wiggins or Hadley has to come in. We really need some more hardness. Last night we really lacked an in and under player to get the ball to our runners, really need Hadley to step up

Can't agree - they are too slow. Thought Grigg did plenty of in and under last night but the facts are - he is not as good with his hands (or even tackling) as Bentick.

We have a fair sprinkling of hardness but none of them have 'the leadership 'follow me' quality

I could not fault Austin until last night when he was terrible - he refused to play his man close enough and his facial expressions at times were those of one who thought he could not win this fight

I like Grigg but he is not skillful enough to deserve so much midfield time and last night provided no run at all

OUT: Fevola
In: Garlett,

When is the MC going to learn Fevola plays for himself and FFS
even if Garlett doesnt get a kick he chases like no other....puts pressure on all the opposition!

While he didn't do that much yesterday, Bower's run out of defence in the past month and a half has been fantastic.

Just trying to drum up the locals to get vocal about the WA Blues
Everyone I am talking to today is so flat. Defeatism is rife. This is not the way I wanted us entering into the Perth game.
Wearing yellow after playing yellow football.
I saw Armfield have a dash and deliver the ball into the fwd 50. He has skills. There were plenty of players who did not put in much effort last night. Many players who did not have their names mentioned more than 6 times. Ratts says you have to have more vets when going on the road but those Vets are not holding up their end of the bargain.
Hoops Stevens Scotland Fev just did not do anything. Banno Browne Austin Armfield made errors. I don't know what the answer is. Perhaps let the wablues Odin boys play. Revengeiseek at full back Damo on the ball Des rebounding off half back and Eddiebettsisachamp and I being the fwd options.

Armfield would have to be an out clearly one of the worst in your side. Thought you guys had a rough run with the umps in the first half
