Wonder if Eminem will do something leftfield like rest Jolly, and Sidebottom, bringing in Medders and Fraser. Also, Presti for N Brown, Heater...hmmmm not sure who would go out. Reckon he might keep the Jolly Ace up his sleeve whilst keeping Medders and Fraser ticking over. With their history, they could grab their chance with both hands and could be very handy in September - particularly with any untimely injuries.

Bringing Medders back for his first AFL game in such a long time against Geelong may not be the smartest move. How did he look in the VFL on the weekend? I propose we reward either him or Rounds with selection, based on workrate and on field success over the past month. Only way to do it.

Two guaranteed best 22 players come in. Brown is the logical swap for Presti all day, every day. Blair unlucky, but someone has to go out. I think we can get away with Shaw, Goldsack, Toovey, Maxwell and Harry all in the one side.

Wellingham will be safe. Tooves sais on TSFS that it was only a corky to the knee and he will be a definate on the cats game.

Surely Presti and Shaw to come back in.

N.Brown still made a couple mistakes letting his opponent get a leading mark. Presti is too valuable for us especially against this team this week.

Not sure what it will be, but I think there might be a surprise at the selection table this week.

MM won't want all the cards on the table and there is still a few things to nail down. He won't let the opposition dictate his plans for settling on his final 22 for finals.

Blair was by no means bad, but it was his worst game. I think he'll be retained to give him the experience against the big guns.

Goldsack I think will be retained, Heater may get another week off. I wouldn't rush Presti back unless he is 100% (he may have been 100% anyway!).

Johnson owned Ablett last year in the first quarter. He could not get a sniff.
What happened soon after? Johnno breaks his leg and Ablett runs riot and they flog us. We should have killed them in that match. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
