I hate when we keep a player to have a role. Keeping players to play a role restricts your list. By keeping Mckenzie because he can play the role of a tagger means he is too one dimensional, he can't kick. Keep Nicholson he has speed, he can't kick. Bail can run but isn't a natural footballer and suffers from stage fright too often.
