The only player we've had that was actually successful in shutting down Hodge is Logan.

I went to this game in 2009. Great mark by Logan.

Out
Wines is out and White is probably injured too.
Westhoff is probably the only player from the Kangaroos game who straight out deserves a rest, 3 games in with no form and next week is not the week to try and find it.

In
Cornes will be back.
If Lobbe is well he’ll also be straight in. Saw him at our local supermarket, took a lot not to walk up and ask him about his injury.
Anyone else I don't know. Potentially Neade, Amon, Redden, Colquhoun. Obviously there are others but I didn't go see the Maggies so can't tell whether Stewart, S Gray etc would also tempt the selectors.

moore was only demonstrating to the umpire what some scragger tagger from North was doing to him, he most probably shouldn't have touched him but it was in no way aggressive, he was asking the question why he wasn't getting a free when the tagger was doing that to him off the ball

Will still get a week, under no circumstances you can touch an umpire

correct, he will be sitting on sidelines this weekend.

Not great timing for Moore as he would probably get a month's worth of AFL football to consolidate his place, Ken is a fan of his.

Was thinking the big-bodied Moore for Wines but that's flown out of the window. I don't subscribe to the "throwing to the wolves" idea that says Ah Chee should not be named in the first 21. Rather I would say this could be the making of him. He is listed as 10kg lighter than Ollie but looks to play stronger than that. From last weks performance by Hodge it looks like a tagger may be required for him but I don't think Cornes is that player. Mitchell did well on Gibson in the second half last week so he may be one to put his hand up. This could be his niche, he has not shown himself as anything more than a player with a bit of pace yet.

I think Paul Stewart will now come into calculations with Andrew Moore unavailable.

There is no need to bring in another big body for wines. We have aaron young. He will take this opportunity with both hands.

1 change. Wines out Cornes in.

If Lobbe Is fit then it gets interesting. Will either be Mitchell or AhChee making way for him I suspect.

Unless White doesn't come up......

Not an easy selection meeting this week!
