So good to have Yeo as an In.

Then in the next couple of weeks will also have Sheed, Ellis, Rosa and Darling available.

Good times.

Seriously can't wait til we can have all four in the one team.

We will become unstoppable!

From memory Butler has played on Thomas before and done well.

Yeo in for Bennell, and goes into defence. Sheed for Colledge. Duggan to sub.

Who do they replace though?

Darling for Mcinnes is an easy one. Yeo for Colledge. Not really much else that will budge easily.

Maybe not so easy. The structure with McInnes at CHF works well. How to keep that structure and bring Darling in is huge. He may take Cripps' place. Not sure what the answer is.

Isn't it great though to have good options for a change. You need to be careful what changes are made as the main strength at the moment is teamwork and structure. Too many changes could impact on that. Whoever misses out as players return will be unlucky.

You would keep McInnes in the team and have Cripps make way?! What nonsense. Cripps has been sensational and big Frase can't do a thing right. Darling would present better, take more marks and offer infinitely more forward pressure.

How good is it to have Yeo as an IN and just know he's going to have an impact.

IN: Yeo, Ellis, Hutchings, Sheed
OUT: Colledge, Bennell

Yeo for Colledge is like for like. Unfortunate for Brandt but that's the nature of the beast and to be expected when your a border line selection.

If he pulls up well from today I'd like to see Ellis return at the expense of probably Bennell. Been red vested twice in a row now JB I don't know if it's team balance or his an easy target but he can make himself an easy target sometimes. Only thing that could save Jamie is North have quality smaller forwards but that could prove to be his downfall if they can kick multiple goals on him as well.

Hutchings and Sheed (if fit) surplus to team needs and I think that covers it. It depends how North pick there side as well. They will make changes after yesterday's capitulation with a fit Swallow likely to be first inclusion. We will need to play two rucks to counter Goldstein and Brown and be willing to throw McInnes or Yeo if needed down back against there taller forwards.

Hard to predict an extended team until we have a review of Royals V Falcons today.

Haven't been able to say that about a midfielder since Kerr, Cousins, Judd etc.

We finally have an Elite mid.

Shuey isn't too far behind, he's almost there.

Duggan will get there very soon.

Gaff is a couple years off but will get to that level.

Thought Colledge looked solid, but there's just no room for him right now. Loving the competition for spots though!
He's still super young and learning the midfield caper. I don't think he'll be rushing off to another club due to lack of opportunity at WC anytime soon.

Pretty sure he's only like 10 months older than Christian Petracca.

He needs to try and work with a sprint coach over the off season and add some more strings to his bow.

EDIT - 15 months

Darling, Yeo, Ellis, Rosa all still to come back. Fitting them into the team will be a challenge for Adam Simpson given players like Duggan, Sinclair, Sheed, Sheppard and Nelson have all done their bit when called into the side. It's unfortunate but some of them will have to make way.

Josh Hill has now earned his spot in the Eagles line-up. He's kicked 20 goals from 7 games @ 2.85 goals per game and would be very stiff to be forced out of the side.

The structure around CHF got a lot of discussion last year. We are now developing one.

I'm not saying Darling is a CHF, but he would play the position better than Fraser currently is.
