Yes, it should've been thrown out, but they found him guilty and gave him weeks. Meaning they were confident that he did punch Deluca, so why didn't he get 3+? More of the length of the penalty that is wrong, rather than whether there was conclusive evidence or not, coz without proper footage, between you and I, both of us know he punched Deluca.
