The other Hawks player influences the tackle as well, there's an argument Chol wouldn't be able to calculate that, however the League could retort that he's pinned both arms so is removing Stewarts ability to protect himself. You have to be extremely lucky to concuss someone and not get suspended these days. Gone I think.
Does "But it's FINALS footy" work as a defense in a civil lawsuit in a court of law?

Not really a nightmare given they regularly ignore precedent
Quite different to the Curtis incident because Butler's tackle slipping below the knees is what causes Stewart to fall over, not Chol driving into his back.
But the AFL probably won't care. If a seagull flies into somebody causing concussion then the seagull would get 3 weeks.

IT is what the AFL is trying to get rid of, he made no attempt to do a safe tackle. What a campaigner
Well yeah. It's weird early in a prelim it's so hot but you really risk missing a GF with that sort of stuff.
