Just because us WCE supporters are usually so sensitive of the mere mention of C. Judd heading home.....I've got a sense of humour, and decided it's going to cost too much against our salary cap to try and keep him and am going to shop him around before the cost of keeping him tears the Eagles apart.

So, what would you Melbourne clubs offer up (assume this year with the draft expected to be as it is and the other players available)?

I would be looking at Hawthorn and throwing up C. Judd for M. Williams and L. Franklin. Maybe some swapping of draft picks either way to even it up.

Don't bite my head off everyone, just having some fun at my own expense (you know how sensitive we are to this topic).

I would swap any player from Geelong except Gary Ablett Jr for understandable reasons. This includes Chapman, Scarlett, Mooney and even Nathan Ablett but not all at once...

Judd is worth more than williams and franklin.

from an essendon point of view, id give up monfries, stanton and a 2nd round for him.

Great Thread, great sense of humour :D
In this draft, one top ten and one pick between 20-30

Pick 6 and any player on the Hawthorn list bar Hodge. IMO Judd is the second most valuable player in the competition.

The most valuable player would get pick six and Hodge.

Agree Monfries and Stanton showed promise this year, but Williams is the small forward the Eagles need, and I suspect Franklin will turn out to be a match winner. Plus both are W.A boys who will hopefully be happy to go home. Perhaps Hawthron will have to throw in a pick as well :)

I'd give u pick 1, Fisher and Waite for him

I doubt that any clubs would be much interested, so I'd hope the Bombers could pick him up via the PSD without having to trade anything. ;) :D

Only if that second rounder is guaranteed to be better than Judd... lol

Hmmmm, thinking Daniel Wells and your 1st and 2nd round for Judd and our 1st and 2nd round. And we'll have your grandstand too before it get's knocked down. (sorry, couldn't resist)

and our 4th round pick

That's it, we're never dealing with you again. How dare you try and sneak Henneman into a complex multi player deal!!! lol

J.Brown + pick 5 would be too much

Pick 1 + 3 seems too little

This is why I started this, how much can one player be worth? Pick one and three last year would have got Murphy and Ellis. Murphy had a wonderful first season and of course we'll have to wait and see on Ellis. Judd 6 years into his career for two picks that eahc could turn out to be as good?

Jonathon Brown + pick 5
Pick 1 + 3
 If Judd is more valuable than Brown (and that's arguable by many), then it's not a pick 5 difference. If Clubs were offered the following :

Chris Judd, or
Jon Brown and Pick 5

I reckon 90% would take Brown and 5.
