I dont know if there has been a recent thread about him so if so i am sorry, but i watched the game between glenelg and north adelaide from the weekend i think, and he played very well kicked 5 and had 29 touches just wondering wether you think he will get another crack as i see he is contracted till the end of the yr only.
Will he make it back into the side or is he gunna struggle to get back in???
Do you see a future for him at adelaide

haha nah wouldnt get any were near our midfield was just curious if hes finished obviously pretty close... ah well i spose north will be happy to hear that.

He might be an emergency but won't make the side.. because we've got already Johncock to come back and theres 2 young midfielders in our team already in Knights and VB.

Ladhams is a gun and should be in the side. I would prefer him to Doughty.
Is that you Chris? The problem is Ladhams is a gun in his own mind. Dogga occupies a different position to Chris.

Drummond is correct though, he is a much much much better player than Doughty. I am happy that Adelaide never picks him though as i would rather him play for North.
Yeah but at least Doughty is willing to work on his weaknesses to get better where as Ladhams is entirely different story.

Ladhams and discipline just don't go hand in hand. I mean this is the guy that got dropped to ressies by Jars due to lack of discipline.

The sooner he pulls his head out of his backside, the better it is for him. It ********es me off that a player of that much talent and potential isn't willing to work hard for it. Until he gets his priorities right he should never be given a game at the AFL level.

sounds like you've finally given up hope :) about 2 yrs too late  At the start of the yr ppl like yourself were guaranteeing me that he would not be delisted. And will some precious few stop saying he has all the talent in the world. He has nice footskills and a long left leg, apart from that thats where it stops. If you are supremely talented ie rioli, then you still make it, or in his case atleast have an impact. Chris certainly doesnt have the talent at this level, he is classy, but lacks grunt, workrate and any hard ball gets, which with his level of talent he needs as well.

With the overall improvement in our teams footskills this yr, it brings chrissy further back to the pack as well. Its only our non-drafting of any aboriginal crumbers that has him as a viable option at all. Midfield wise he doesnt cut it, mainly due to not putting the hard ones in early.

Would love to see him have another go but atm with the way the team is going i cant see him getting ago, but in sayin that if he can keep up that form for the next six weeks he might get in for rnd 22.

Unfortunately I think the side has left him behind. With the form of our side this year he wont make it. Would like to see him traded at the end of the year. Might see him pull his finger out, bit of a shake up. Could do well in ports struggling mid field perhaps :D

If we're hit by injuries as we enter September, would we be better off with Ladhams or Knights in the side? Would Knights' lack of AFL experience work against him? It would only take a few injuries for him (and/or Bode) to be pushing for selection. And look at the difference NC has made to the likes of Shirley and Skipworth this season. He's not gone...yet.
