1. From what you have seen from Taz so far this season do you think Freo did the right thing in recruiting him? and;

2. Are you happy Freo recruited him?

Actually for question one how Tarrant is playing had nothing to do with what I thought of the recruiting strategy. It was a bad strategy.

I'd much of prefered Freo develop Murphy as an option then waste picks on tarrant. But from what I've seen of tarrant so far I am glad we got him.

Taz has played ok but we needed to draft some fast mids at some stage.

Yes, its was good for Freo to recruit him. Creates another marking option up foward or on the wing take the double/triple teaming pff Pavlich and Murphy. Just need to work well with Pavlich Murphy and Farmer.

And

Yes his presents on the field causes a worry for other teams but needs to work on his Goal kicking a bit more to be a worth while sucess for Freo

Good player, tries hard but really someone that mentally fragile in front of goal can be a liability at times. The sigh that went around the ground after he missed that first shot against North. I'm sure he breaks the hearts of the blokes who busted a gut getting it down there too.
On the contra I bet Pies fans are very happy with how Cloke is developing. We should have backed Murphy in.

Those saying you should of developed Murphy are insane. Murphys been nothing but a spud all year. Tarrant is ten times the player he is. Mistake you made is not working Murphy into the deal rather then giving up the draft pick.

Murphy + Medhurst would of been a better deal.

Murphy's been disappointing, but was doing the job last year, so in essence, Tarrant, while been good, is just doing what Murphy did last year (with less accuracy)

taz was recruited to win a premiership it was a massive move choosing not to have a heavy envolvement in the UBER DRAFT
i think ben reid looks like a superstar in the making
and taz has been pretty bad really imo
i think if u blokes dont win a flag this year or next the move will turn out to be one of the worst ever
especially once the kids who would have been the picks develop
but time will tell
good to see connoly gone for u blokes though
doubt super pav will leave now
