What a terrible post. The players that lost us the grand final were Rioli, Roughead, Birchall, Lewis etc who had great years but were very poor in the big dance. Buddy was the reason we got back in the match in the 3rd quarter and gave us a chance. Him and Sewell can hold their heads high, the rest were so disappointing. Yes Buddy missed goals but he also got some and brought us back in the game. What did the other players do? Pretty much F all.

Yes 4 players. You deleted one of our draft picks in pick 47 so that makes it 4 spots on the list. If we are to use all 4, then we need to part way with 4 more players. That's why I'm saying we may as well give pick 47 away as its likely we won't be using it.

they upped the offer yesterday so if he was gonna stay you think he would have just accepted it and moved on but you never know maybe dawes is holding the cash flow up thats meant for him and rhe club cant move yet?

I'd say this could be the case. Once Dawes is gone, I think we'll sign Young and probably trade for Roberton as well.

Yeh point taken. Franklin is not a superstar. He is the most marketable footballer but no where near the best. The best deliver and he didn't Behind after behind doesn't = star. He cost you the GF.

Getting Clinton Young reminds me of recruiting Shane Woewodin. When he went to ground in the GF it reeked of Woey going to ground every time he felt a bit of pressure. Get the shivers just thinking about it.

Just can't work out what Young can really offer the team.
