Pattison at FF? Shouldn't they play him Ruck?

No, I would say that looks right. I think we found out he is not a ruckman...not in the main game anyway!

More likely he can dominate up forward where he is best suited to. Hope he spends most of the game there on the forward line and kicks a bag. But he will no doubt spend time on the ball. Either way it will be interesting to see if the game time in the seniors has helped him develop.

Good to see Jonno Mullins in :thumbsu:

We should rookie him.

Going to be a fierce battle for the rookie place at seasons end. I'd say there are plenty ahead of Jono at the moment though, we got a lot of talented guys that were big tips to be drafted last year (Ryan Anderson, Fort Caruso etc), plus some older guys like Silvester and Neville that will want to follow the Howat/King mature path.

I would have taken Neville ahead of Howat. Silvester is probably too slow. There'd be 400 ahead of Mullins. Caruso is too small and scrappy. Dagher is basically a 185cm FF - good for VFL but rare at AFL level - not athletic enough.

Anderson looks a good chance. He definately should have been drafted by someone last year. Sure he is 'just' a rover but the kid can flat-out play.

Watch Logan Hill closely this week. He played back-pocket in a very bad Dandenong side. He was always handy without ever doing enough. I was rapt when he found his way to Coburg. He is a very classy customer and a top kick.

Cleve will be happy to be named in the backline. He was getting frustrated playing in the forward line for Coburg and Richmond wanting him to play back.

Thursfield? He is available on the injury list but still not playing. I am starting to get impaitent.

He's playing Coburg Reserves this week to work his knee in a bit easier from what I know.

PLaying a half and then next week hopefully he'll play 3Q etc.

unfortunately my trip to melbourne this weekend coincides with the burgers playing out and werribee and I can't be stuffed heading out there so won't get to see them in action.
