I see it as quite an achievment to have missed the list.

In fact this list should be used as an assessment as to whether to let children progress into secondary school (or should that be primary school). All childred should be made enter into a discussion on football...if you end up on "the list" then that is the end for you.

At least I can tell my parents that my education was not wasted !!!!
