We should look to trade or package Frost as well.

We have Brown, Reid is fit again and Marsh IMO as a much better prospect as our KPD options. Frost has some "admirers" in the footy world and now that he still holds some kind of currency we should look to offload him.
Brown and Reid can't be relied upon their fitness. Reid can be moved fwd so a bit of depth can't hurt.

A bit left field but Majak Daw could be what we are after. He's average in the ruck, but very good up forward. Would only need to play 25% ruck time though and we already know he is very dangerous up forward.

Surplus to Norfs needs also.

Kruezer would only be a good list fit for us if he could be a high quality 90% game time key forward. His career record suggests he will never be that player. Therefore when you package that up with his salary demands and his injury history he really becomes a poor option for us. He'll be a good fit somewhere else, because he is a quality ruck, but we're not that team.

Brown got through the entire season. He has turned the corner.
Reid's skies are starting to clear. Sure he can play forward but they will want to get the games into Moore as a forward and Cloke is still the man.
Reid's intercept marking and kicking down back was evident vs Geelong as to how good and valuable he is. He delivers lasers. CHB looms for him.
Marsh is also an exciting propsect. He has the leg speed and he is creative to make the play.
Frost's weaknesses are glaring.

Really think we should have gone very hard at Dixon instead of Treloar.

Cloke, Dixon and Moore would be a formidable trio!

Would cost a little less than Treloar at the trade table.

Is there any other teams?
NO HE CAN'T HE IS A TERRIBLE FORWARD.
Yeah not sure why everyone seems to be pushing him as a forward option. 65 goals in 120 odd games doesn't scream goal kicking saviour. Think people got a bit excited after he kicked 4 v Dees a couple of weeks ago. This was an exception to the rule.

In comparison Nic Nat has kicked 88 in 128 games and most would consider him as a pure ruck.

Haha cmon mate. I'll admit I don't watch a lot of North but I've from what I've seen he usually has an impact. Watched him in the VFL last week and he was very good.

Without looking too deeply into it Id suggest he's a statistically poorer player than Jesse White and big Jesse gets lambasted on these boards.

Please, no more talk of Kreuzer. He is not a forward. Never was and never will be.

He cannot play as a forward and then relieve Grundy in the ruck. His best position is as a number one ruck. He also has major injury concerns.

Mod edit: Anymore posts about recruiting Kreuzer will be reported and dealt with by the Mods.

I've heard his had some off field issues so probably not a player we'd get.

Sydney will be probably be after a ruckman as well so a Witts trade could be an option there.
I think we would be stupid to lose Witts, but wouldn't mind getting S.Reid in a trade for him.

Reid needs a chance to blossom, he struggles behind the Bondi Billionaires.

He also can play as a mobile chop out ruck.

Not judging qualities of either Reid and Marsh in back line. Not sure where the club sees Reid as he was touted fwd and we are thin there. Back line start would be my preferred option too.
Rather keep Frost as an emergency in the VFL then getting another rookie now. In 1 years time we might get Keeffe back so I tend to be a bit conservative of trading out to much for this year.

Very much a rumour albeit from a trusted friend.

Good mate is a property manager in Bentleigh - Confirmed Treloar submitted for tenancy of a property in Hampton last week and was accepted, listed an employee of Collingwood as his income reference.

I take most rumours on Bigfooty with a grain of salt and expect this to be treated the same - I can't prove my claims, and rightfully expect to be red faced if we don't land him.

Fingers crossed my friend is spot on.
