Concoctions

KFC popcorn chicken, KFC chips, KFC potato and gravy. Throw it all into a bowl and mix, then eat with a spoon. Probably not as "out there" as some mentioned in here but the flavour is just ridiculously good.

I have cheese and gherkins on crackers all the time. It's pretty standard. Another standard snack in the same vein is salami, cheese and sundried tomatoes on saladas.

My combo's at uni were usually something like:

-- peanut butter, honey and banana toast
-- banana dipped into milo
-- milo on toast
-- instant coffee and milo

None of them that weird, but they work perfectly together.

My mates made this up, you add Bourban and Mother (energy drink, not milf) together.

They called it Jesus' Jizz, good stuff.

dont know if others do this, i put butter and vegemite on weetbix sometimes for a snack, ie eat them like a biscuit.

the two reactions i've had so far have been 'WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOING FREAK?" and 'oh yeah, i do that too.'

Yep, me too.

Try this...its my own way of making a simple bacon and egg sandwhich.

Fry the backon first and when the bacon is about 90-120 seconds away from being cooked to your liking put an egg in the frying pan with it. Hopefully they finish cooking at the same time.

Put the bacon on an unbutered slice of bread first, then follow with a slice of Colby Cheese, followed by the egg (hopefully the yolk is still soft). Top with the other slice of bread that has had bbq and hot chilli sauce at a ratio of 4-1. Lightly butter one side of the sandwhich and put back in the frying pan, then butter the other side before flipping.

I swear the melted colby cheese in this is what makes it awesome

Sounds delish :thumbsu:

love putting nutella on bread under the grill till it gets a nice crispy crust on it. same with peanut butter.

also use to always butter up some bread and sprinkle a crap load of milo on top of it for snacks

When making a banana smoothie, I often chuck in a couple of weetbix. Goes down well.

When making lasagne, I chuck a cup of lemonade in the meat sauce. Mmm yum. Don't knock it till you try it. I showed it to mum after I made it the first time, when I was about 11. She thought I was mental, until she tried it. She has been making lasagne with lemonade ever since.

My standard quick meal when I'm home alone is pasta, can of tuna in springwater (drained), can of corn kernels, and mixed in with a few tablespoons of whole egg mayonnaise (this is important, 'fake' Australian mayo ruins it).

When I was a kid I used to mash bananas and kiwi fruit together for awesome results.

mix a packet of parmesan cheese with a tub of margarine and add a pinch of salt

you then have sizzler bread mix

pan fry the butter side of the bread until crunchy

you will never go hungry again!

Vegemite and avocado. On toast, on a sandwich, whatever, it's legendary.

Milo Scoopshake and vodka. Epic.

My standard method of getting drunk in year 12: Drink a bottle of Coke down to the label. Fill to a standard level with vodka. Fill the rest with Sprite. Shake, and then let rest for 5 minutes. Repeat as many times as you need. A little expensive, but boy does it work.

Sandwich: Salami, prosciutto, bocconcini, basil, and tomato. Forms the base of any epic sandwhich you want. You can have as is (or toasted), you can add just about any condiment, any other meat, whatever, it's amazing.

Baked beans, Vegemite and grilled cheese concoction. Heat up the beans. Spread bread with Vegemite. Place beans on top of Vegemite bread. Place cheese slice over the top. Stick in oven. It's incredible.

used to make cheese pickle and potatoe chip sangas. its all about the quality of the chip though.

milk and milo was a good one too if i was feelin a little naughty..

I got a mate who LOVES coke and bread..

he actually dips bread into his glass and eats it, then will drink the coke after with all these floaty bits of bread in it.

flipping disgusting

Surely its not that strange?

I ate cheese and gerkin sangas every day for about a year in primary school

I would eat them with crackers at home too :thumbsu: This has inspired me to try it again because I haven't had it for ages. :D

What? That's pretty bloody pedestrian. Fairly common even.

Haha, I swear it wasn't common 2 years ago!

Good to know it isn't strange, it's just not like I went to a mates place and they offered me it, and most kids seemed to think it was strange when I did it when they were over.

Don't think I've had it since I posted that, gonna go get some now :D
