I must admit to being a little overzealous last night with some of my posts on the main board about the game - basically to shove it up some of the clowns like 'bib' who've been carrying on like porkchops recently, but I must say that the majority of piefans here have been quite gracious about it all.

Times like this I miss our old mate rohie though hehe....

Essendon back to there old form? I think so. They took another step closer to proving the people who said that Essendon werent any good anymore wrong. Im very impressed with Cupido. He is a star and you guys should be laughing at the trades that you got (including Blummers). Cupido looks like hes got a new life at Essendon.

James Hird played extremely well and I was impressed with Lloyd. With Fletcher and Mercuri (i think?) out just before the game they played extremely well.

I hate that idiot (Rohan) as much as anyone.

He is the classic internet hero if you have ever met him. All bravado but when you meet him he is 5' 8" of quivering jelly with no friends, excpet a couple of dead guys he always refers to.

As for the game, I thought we were still a chance in Q3 if we had headed you but when Hird got the ball out of the centre so easily late Q3 and early Q4 that was the end of the ball game.

The Pies were insipid after that.

I never took him seriously. And despite the fact he knew **** all about football, he seemed ok. But then again, I remember reading Deej's posts (any of them) and thinking he'd be an utter ****, but his one of the nicest blokes you could meet in person. So I don't know what to make of it.

As to whether we're back - until we can do it without the reliance on JH (as in 99) - and against Brisbane and Port - I'm reserving judgment. But feels pretty damn good.

I saw Rohan at a BigFooty match or two. Couldn't believe it was the same guy. So I've never been able to really take him seriously as a poster just from knowing this. I suspect most BigFooty pests are the same way.
