I think Windhager is someone who would suit our list nicely albeit I think there’s little chance he’d be willing to move west - but we should push for anyway. I’d really like us to target their players to see if anything shakes loose

This isn’t a Darling to north type deal where we were happy to facilitate a move by a player who was no longer best 22. Ryan has value and is being pursued by multiple clubs so we don’t have to be nice about it, especially since St Kilda are openly expressing they have no intentions of being a pushover

The NGA and F/S picks should be our last picks and or rookie picks if there are better players available.
It might be a weak draft as far as the 18 year olds are concerned but we don't know which other players are in the draft.
There could be other TMacs out there. We won't know until the nominations period closes.
Rookie list Champion, he's not ready yet for AFL.

Watched him live in his draft year when WA played Vic Country. Harley, Curtin, A.Reid, Hall and Collard we're the best players that night. Collard was electric and could of nearly been BOG.

He's shown a bit, i think 'done nothing' is unfair. He's only in his second year and needs more time to physically develop than the rest of his cohort, as well as mature and grow up a bit.

He's got bags of talent, he needs the right environment and coaches to get the best out of him.

I think Banfield isnt going to make our list unless AFL gift us extra rookie spots which I really think they will TBH. If anyone gets cut a year early its Barnett. Doesnt leave much room for mature agers to come in.. Somethings gotta give.

If I had to guess, one change will be that priority access in any form in the first round will be gone.

So unless he falls desperately out of favour, he will be available at picks 1-18 for anyone.
