I'm not usually the sort of person who takes delight in the injuries of opposition players....

But this...... this is just GOLD!

It has actually restored my faith in humanity. Hell, it might even turn me to religion!

All the absolute rubbish and blind adoration of this drug addicted smirking little tosser has just been so OTT as to be unbelievable. This event has reaassured me that the world is not in as bad a shape as I thought.:thumbsu:

Its karma against Richmond after they treat to cheat the AFL fraternity by claiming Polak would never play again in a bid to get an extra draft pick. Then less than five months later he was playing in an intra club and NAB Challenge game.
 
How is it karma exactly? If inputting drugs to your body makes you tear a hamstring then the whole league deserves one. I think it's sad to see him do it, though it could have been faked to get out of the post game interview, wouldn't be surprised to see him play in one-two weeks
 
It is awful to see happen. The guy has gone through all the pressure (I know it was all his own fault) but for that to happen in his first game back after all the drama of the off-season. :o

Let's just hope this doesn't result in him returning to his previous ways.

But I've no sympathy for the Richmond Football Club though. Imo they tried their hardest to cheat when they picked the ex Slime captain..

i wanted cousins to dominate and win the brownlow this year just to shove it up those west coast f... heads... alas i will have to make do with what his hamstrings delivered..... gold part of this? 3 qtr time, it was noticed that he was stiff yet he still went out and tore it :D
 
I said at work id laugh if he did a hammy so yes i LOLed until i remembered he is in my DT :( then i read my Facebook and seen Balla's has done same thing so even bigger sad face :(

We should all love Cousins - he almost singlehandedly brought the evil empire to it's knees. He's a deadset hero in my books.

It's a bummer he's hurt himself, I was looking forward to finally being able to enjoy watching him play now he isn't in an ugly blue and yellow jumper. Like KPR I was hoping he'd dominate to rub salt into the eagles' wounds.

If I'm laughing at anyone tonight it's that smarmy snake oil salesman with the leathery hide.
 
I was howled down all offseason by Memories and his other fanboys on here for suggesting that he was far too huge an injury risk to bother drafting.

Don't like to see anyone get injured, but I'm glad the club was intelligent enough not to fall for Nixon's ridiculous PR campaign.

They are bottom dwelling scum sucking cheating mongrels who have that leather-faced Wallet w***er as their front man. Sucked in Richmond... when no-one else would draft him, there was only one club that would (or could). It had to be Richmond - drafting Cousins was just so Richmond... I laughed then, and I am laughing now... at the stupid morons and their stupid team of spin doctors... :D

If only their real doctors were as good as their spin doctors. Fancy sending a 30yo with dodgy hammies who hasn't played for 18 months back out after he feels a twinge in his hammy - especially considering your team is 10+ goals down in the last qtr.

Mind boggling stuff. Can anyone spell incompetence?
