I think it's funny whatever he was trying to do. He made a tool of himself doing it as well. Josh should be pleased as well.

Can the club not harness this and try and get 22 consistent games instead of Grand Final Derby?

Honestly believe our New Coach can solve this. He has started the right way by getting hard on players and I would suggest he is going to get harder.

As far as the Derby goes, if you live in WA and 65% of the state follows one team , Its good to beat them...does`nt mean much, but its good to win and listen to radio eagle and the old grannies getting worked up on how rough we are...

Last time I looked, eagles weren't the only team we've ever beaten.

Rivalry with another mob has been a part of football for as long as it's been around. Why are Essendon / Collingwood or Carlton / Collingwood clashes regarded as great rivalries, and form is turned on it's head in many of those clashes? Why has the East Freo/South Freo derby always been one of WA sport's most fiercely competitive contests. Why do Aussies look forward to playing England more than they do Sri Lanka. Why do Aussie swimmers like beating the yanks? I could go on for ages, if you don't understand it, then it's your loss.

Going by your guide to sporting happiness, you haven't had anything football-related to smile about for 44 years.
