It’s a generic term, you don’t say “hey mate where are we watching the soccer world championship on Friday night?”
You aren’t talking about licensing with the release of a game though, it’s like the champions league in past FIFA’s being the champions trophy or whatever

Waiting to download it from the US PSN store. From the looks of things it is a highly polished version of Ashes Cricket (i.e. the last one).

Can’t decide between ps4 and switch copy, will probably get a lot more time into it on switch but don’t want to sacrifice too much

How much do games cost on there these days?

I saw it for 99 AUD which seems a rip-off, but I think it'll be 49 USD, which is pretty fair and my only option.

one small but important improvement ive noticed so far is the auto sim in career mode. so it auto goes to your player's next part of the game ... rather than having to always press o when at the non strikers end or fielding.

Enjoying it so far through the little I've played.

Took 4/14 in my club debut with my bowling allrounder and a slow 21.

79 off 83 in my 50 over club debut with 0 boundaries. I actually enjoyed picking gaps and knocking the ball around, the in fielders could use a bump up in aggression as it can be a bit easy to get singles.

its definitely a game where being 6 or 7 beers in helps make the grind far more satisfying.

The physics of bowling still annoy me. bowling 150kph and watching the ball barely carry to the keeper is annoying. I dunno why they dont fix this.

You could tweak the settings in the last game to actually make the ball travel faster.

Yeah, i havent figured out how to adjust that yet (havent looked super hard). IIRC though, that involved constantly having to go in a change settings back and forth depending on whether you were bowling or batting - plus it starts saying you are bowling 170kph etc ...
