ODI's are in serious trouble us bashing Pakistan is similar to North taking on Melbourne for a month straight, sure might be tne occassional stuff up but generally the result is never a surprise.

Time for either a calendar season ladder or break it up and pool all players and have a 'season' with a couple of teams from cricket nations across the globe. Bit like the Big Bash just with the worlds best.

This would make playing for the National side more prestigious. A ladder would also make wins/losses relevant.

Just my two bobs worth, i do love cricket....... just needs a shakeup imo.
