Will be interesting to see how many Tiger supporters show up tonight
We have to remember it's still only Round 5 and Richo should kick his 800th and Cogs is back. I think we'll see a pretty good effort tonight in a very winnable game for the club. If we win then the season is still alive with 17 games to go. Would be nice to get over 40,000 tonight. Come on everyone, there is still life in the Tiger. We are making positive changes every week to the 25 who run out on game day. Next week we may see Cotch, Coz and Thursty back to replace the last remaining problem players in the team eg Mcmahon, Bowden etc . In coming weeks we should see Thomson and possibly Putt and Post too. :thumbsu:

its a winable game for us n i think we should go out to see the return of cougs

Agree. It's too early in the season to stay home. I want 45,000 tonight. Be there or don't bother coming again . Is it too cold for you? Would you rather stick your tongue down a broads mouth? Have some heart and balls. The 22 will be trying their hardest :thumbsu:

Similar to the Western Bulldogs game IMO. Will be pretty packed out. Get in early, I know I'm going to race over after the Coburg game. ;)

I'll be there showing support for Cogs and hopefully cheering the boys on to victory.

I don't rate North highly. They will try and bottle the game up and ruin anything resembling a spectacle. I believe we're a chance if we come out and play with the same intensity we showed against Geelong and the Bulldogs in the first quarter.

Go Tigers! :thumbsu:

How can Etihad Stadium refuse General Admission on Level 1 when it is empty????
What a load of sht!!! Behind the goals at both ends of the ground were empty minus the cheersqads!!!! MCG is heaps better!!!

Disppointing crowd tonight, but made a bit of noise, I spose. Be nice to see level 1 packed out though.

I hate Jihad Stadium and I'm sure other Richmond supporters do too... thats why they don't go. The 'G is so far superior its beyond a joke.

Poor crowd but if we beat Sydney the legions will be back.

Fact is North have drawn poorly V the Premiers and the Dons as well. North fans just aren't comingout and if hey won't come out V the likes of Essendon and Richmond they won't come out at all.

It was still a poor crowd. 10-15,000 tiger fans stayed home last night. There would have been 45,000 if we had won a couple of games

The total crowd was around 29k.

Everybody was complaining in my household because I was going to the game alone and it was raining. But nothing was going to stop me last night. And I am so glad I made it to watch our first win of the year!

Last night was one of my best footy experiances ever! I sat right next to the cheer squad and grog squad and the atmosphere on the way out was something special!

Carn the tigers!

looked empty, what was total crowd?

mind you they got spanked by the demons so that would have affect it.

About 30K.

Wasn't our home game so not our problem, if the Kangas members didn't turn up. Looked to be a fair % of Tiges for an away game.

who cares if it wasn't our home game lol. You go to the footy cos you love the club. You don't think 'I'm not going cos i have to pay $20 and our club doesn't get the money because it's not their home game' That's just being tight :o

The Bulldogs v Richmond game wasn't a home game but plenty more turned up for that. We outnumbered the Dogs.

Last night we didn't. I'd say 60/40 split.

Like you wrote in the other thread madtiger, I'm a bit disppointed too. I've got a 17 game membership so home/away games doesn't effect me. Either way though, to see Cogs back, Richo (we thought would) kick his 800th, red hot chance... not good enough IMO.

I know PHX closed the other thread, but I totally agree with madtiger.

Thanks
We have alot of supporters who don't love the club. They like the club and will drop off as soon as we are struggling. They embarrass us at times and make us look really tight. They need to lift their passion a notch and open their wallets sometimes :o
