This afternoon Jenkins was on the Rush Hour with Billy Brownless and Gary Lyon.

-Apparently has a share in a racehorse with Tom Lynch, Douglas and Henderson.

-Danger is going out more. Reckons he has only been out 2-3 times with the boys, yet went out 5-6 times in Grand Final week. Thinks he will stay on because Roo has got him into Adelaide pubs.

-Jerka interested in doing more media - specifically print media. Couldn't be worse than Rucci, I say.

-Also has no idea who the next coach will be.

-In his joke of the day, Brownless revealed serious difficulty in pronouncing "profitable."

Dear Rooch,

This is about my 4th letter to you. i hope you've enjoyed reading them.

Boo hoo. The Crows wouldn't give you the players' running times waaaaaaaaaa.:cry::cry:

You only want the the time trial results to invent another ridiculous story about god knows what…but I guarantee it wouldn't be about how good the times were.

I love it that the AFC ignored you!

cheers

Have a good day.:)

"Divide and conquer. Generally — but not always — the SANFL would appease the less-demanding and stronger Crows and leave the smaller Port Adelaide on a limb."

Who writes this biased dross?

…because the SANFL never did anything like go into debt for $$milions, or anything else as trivial as that, to bail out Port - the financially inept two-bob millionaires.

LOLOLOL Rucci's been back for 5 minutes and in the third sentence of an article - Tippett. Bwa ha ha ha ha how predictable is this knob?….aaaaaaaand, you guessed it, while talking about the AO deal POrt and Crows he manages to somehow obscurely reference one P Dangerfield and free agency and Geelong. LOLOLOL

Ahhh. Never change Rooch. Perpetual campaigner.

Really looking forward to seeing how Ramsey, Lever, siggins and Dear go this year. Might spend alot of time watching the reserves.

Would you expect anything less. Shitty sports media has been the norm in this town for over decade. Turn off, its exhilarating.

Me too & I'll add Lowden Wigg & Kelly to that list. I think we will be winning more sanfl games this year.

Well done! Will subscribe.
Thanks very much!

Genuinely lolled when you said Tex got the captaincy only because he had signed
To clarify - I wasn't suggesting it's ONLY because he's signed, he's clearly a great leader in his own right - but in my opinion he would have been third in line for the job.

Personally I was thinking Rory Sloane would get the Job. The decision process has been clarified by Philthy and I don't think there has been too many objections by posters on this board including myself. I'm content. Anyway, on your show you guys have a keen interest and knowledge. Hope it goes well for you guys.:)

Unless you were one of the few people who actually got to see the one pre-season training session that was available to watch in full over this pre-season, Tex was the absolute standout in terms of leadership! The club has kept pretty much every other training session in full mostly behind closed doors! They have put the warm up ish bits out in view but game simulation etc has been on Football Park itself and away from prying eyes of the public and other clubs.

I got to see that session and Walker's voice on the track was a level above Dangers, and I never noticed Sloane at all really. Both Danger and Tex were taking time to assist their other teammates, but again Tex's presence and the way he was interacting with the others are a complete class above. At any other club Danger would be the standout I bet. Tex also has the form in influencing team mates in a game more than the others. Danger and Sloane have tried last year and didn't quite manage it, but Tex did it when he was younger and in an Elimination final.

People see the slow country boy who talks like a drongo and miss that he is incredibly quick witted, one of the best football brains going around. :)

I am loving that all bar 1 training sessions are behind closed doors. Tex will be a fantastic captain. I can't wait to see the boys play with Phils game plan & hopefully better skills. Bring on round 1.
