I booked flights and tickets for this game at the start of the season thinking it would be a big blockbuster game. I’m not so sure now.

Anyways, I’m here now about to head to the Carlton Freo game before heading to the MCG.

I’ve never seen two rubbish games of football live on the same day before. Can’t wait.

If you remove our two highest scoring quarters it'd make an interesting battle.

Last week we scored just 1 goal when you exclude our two highest scoring quarters. Against Melbourne just 2 goals. And just 4 against GWS

Easier to watch the soccer game and then watch the AFL game if you want to watch both "live".

Not liking the look of our defence one bit.

That's a tall, slow, lockdown defence with average skill and little rebound.

We have one decent rebound option and that's a still developing Milera. Then we have FIVE medium/tall defenders with only average speed. And this is knowing Hawthorn's smalls and mids always cut us to shreds.

Unless we can mark it from long high kicks we're going to get smashed in defence

We seem to pick 5-10 minutes a quarter when we can go flat out and then we're done until the next break.

That's a pretty big sign we're unfit, it's been that and we've been very much at the mercy of the other sides energy levels for the past month. Seeing we really only get things flowing once they loosen the grip a little bit, and we can't seem to go with anyone when they are at 90-100%.
