No. But then again I haven’t heard exactly what Bucks said, and I don’t know to what degree he’s dumbing it down for general consumption.

Very aggressive timeline.
I assume your bang on because I haven’t watched it! I’m just skeptical that will be the expected chain of events following the assessment of where he’s at.
Picking a guy that quickly at senior level without a competitive hit out since October is fraught with danger. Especially one that’s returning from a leg injury who has a history of struggling off limited preparations.
I got it with Adams because of the role he plays, the type of injury he had and his leadership, but WHE not so much. It just feels like a very aggressive timeline.
Funny I actually think the reverse compared to other years but don't want to tempt fate.Don’t like the way the injuries are slowly creeping up.
Clash of the flying fiends?!
That comment at the end of the video made even less sense than the bit of nonsense about the two Magpie clubs at the start of it!!Clash of the flying fiends?!

We've been lucky that the injuries have fallen to VFL or fringe players.Funny I actually think the reverse compared to other years but don't want to tempt fate.
Well Murphy's 1 week calf has turned into a a 10 week ankle based on the last injury update
No it didn't. He did his calf, and on his return to the VFL he hurt his ankle in the opening minutes.Well Murphy's 1 week calf has turned into a a 10 week ankle based on the last injury update
Fair. Just want to see him get some minutes soon. I was looking forward to watching him develop this year.No it didn't. He did his calf, and on his return to the VFL he hurt his ankle in the opening minutes.

The VFL is nothing more than a training session, that is how the club views it. AFL listed players are there to gain fitness and form, game results are irrelevant.
You're probably right, but my understanding is that AFL listed players aren't allowed to play for other teams (seems strange but that's what someone told me). If we want to have a crack at category B kids and other undeveloped youngsters, we have to play them ahead of VFL standard senior players. Tus VFL listed players are likely to leave. Therefore we end up with a pretty ordinary team. That's all well and good, until we miss finals yet again then find ourselves with no 2nds games in September when we often need them for players short on fitness / depth.
It's a lot easier to bring in a player for a finals match after a good VFL game compared to bringing them in after they've missed 2 weeks because we missed finals footy.
