I don't give a shit about the girl. I think she is a troll, a moron, an attention seeking slag personally.

This whole fiasco is (yet another) PR disaster for the Saints. And yes, I agree with you in the manner that she acted and that the players concerned have the legal right to go after her.

My suggestion is for the benefit of the St. Kilda footy club. Are you familiar with the term "taking the high road"? Whichever way you paint it though, the Saints look like shit. That can't be denied.

Strictly from a PR and image point of view though, don't you think they'd be better of "taking the high road" and coming out of this whole schmozzle looking like a caring club? or would you prefer to sharpen your pitchfork and lighting your torch and marching en masse and calling for this girl to be burnt at the stake?

I'd go along with that she's an attention whore and St. Kilda are giving her plenty at the moment. The best thing is to take the wind out of her sails and just refuse to comment any further. The matter should now be in the hands of the courts to see if any law has been broken if not then just let this female version of Corey Worthington disappear back in to oblivion.

I'd love to know how many that have commented on here make a habit of asking for proof of age every time they pick up in a club or pub. This girl is obviously not your normal 16/17 year old and I doubt that most on here would pick her as some sort of naive young innocent.

Entirely his doing? He didn't force the girl to travel up to Sydney to stalk him and other Saints players. He didn't force her to take those photos and post them on facebook either.

He was probably stupid for getting involved with her and not deleting the photos but she is more to blame for this situation than he is.

You sound like Ricky Nixon now. He impregnated her and refused to take responsibility for that. If he had, his teammates would have been spared. He is the adult in this situation and he needs to man up and take some responsibility. Suing the girl is only trying to shaft the blame and I hope it backfires as it deserves to. I will not defend what this girl did or does, but it seems pretty clear she has a few screws loose and adults like Gilbert and the cop are taking advantage of her.

Without knowing 1 thing about her it took me less than 5 mins searching youtube to find her vids, twitter acct, her old facebook details etc etc.

I laugh @ court saying her name must protected from the public. We dont live in 1970's any more. Her name is well and truly out. Sheesh talk about epic fail.

The internet search tools these days are very powerful and the courts should understand this and they must get into 21st century and not live in 20th century.

You do understand that her pregnancy and the way the father handled it is the crux of the whole story don't you?
Whether it is usual or not in the wider community is irrelevant.
Yeah it was found to not be illegal when statements came out of St Kilda saying the players didn't remember her from the footy clinic at her school. However only an imbecile wouldn't be able to see that either a condom or some tact from the adults involved in this initially would have meant that 6 months later all this shit didn't blow up.
