Go read Emma Quayle's book (or any article she's ever written), she isn't an absolute idiot like Caro yet she has risen up the ranks of the AFL media where she is now the foremost expert when it comes to the draft.

She would have nothing to worry about legally if her facts were accurate. She is relying on other sources and if she was so strong in her convictions she would print what she supposedly knows. Obviously shes all hot hair.

Nah, you are actually both wrong. As a mature woman in a mans world (AFL), I embraced and like Caro at first; I gave her every benefit of the doubt....but the more I learned about AFL, the more I delved into it; I realised she is just a muck rucker. She is a shock jock and nothing more. When was the first or last time you read an article she wrote that was about actual football and not off field crap? I will help you there....NEVER!!!!
As a woman, I am devastated by what she has done for women in footy journalism....she has suggested women are no better than New Idea and the like. A true journalist is one who sells a lot of newspapers, they give the people what they want to read. I'm sure she can back up most of the things she says with reliable information, in a court of law that may be different however and it would be a black mark on her career so why take the risk?

FYI this for me is not about her gender, for others i can't say the same thing.

I agree, the journo known as Caroline Wilson does not belong in Football...not because of her gender, but due to her inability to write some positive & knowledgeable articles about the AFL.
I was really p...... off when after the 2010 GF, she was calling for Beams & J.Macs heads after they were persons of interest in a rape investigation (they were interviewed & cleared, had nothing to do with the alleged rape, they were at the same party...that is all).
Did she then write another article apoligising to them?? NO she did not.
She loves to pull the pin from hand grenades, drop them, then walk away...taking no responsibility for her actions.
She absolutely loved the Mick & Bucks scenario........has called for our President to step down........is getting into Swanny big time......what next??
She makes my skin crawl.....
