Definitely match and play hard at the table with the Cats. They are totally desperate for him. Market value arguably states he is worth 2 draft picks ie top 10 and a player. That should be our starting point.

I'm willing to see what Geelong offer, if they just offer two 1st round picks straight, or even 1st and good youngster, i'd be tempted to bail early to target other players.

Anyway, that feeling of hatred you have for Dangerfield right now? That feeling that maybe he wasn't as great as everyone hyped him up to be? The feeling that he played in patches? Geelong lose: 2015 Pick 9, Cam Guthrie, Nikia Cockatoo and 2016 first round pick

Geelong gain: Dangerfield

Melbourne lose: 2015 Pick 6

Melbourne gain: Geelong 2016 first round pick and cam Guthrie

However, I can not see it occurring as I'm not sure why the Melbourne Football Club would give up pick 6 for a 2016 pick and Guthrie.

In other words, unless the swapping of picks in 2014 for Nikia Cockatoo and Jake Lever was involved, we will get bugger all.
