He had a blinder against Carlton and he does something like that goal every so often.
He turns 24 next year too. That said, as a 190cm midfielder, who has played 60 games and has a lot of pace he could turn a corner very quickly. Also given that we suck in getting the ball out to him and Motlop etc perhaps he was a bit under-serviced.

Unfortunately that's just not gonna happen. Have to make a reasonable trade request, and they'd have to do a major list reshuffle to get those sort of picks.

It is realistic and that's not our problem.

What is that do finish in the top 6 and we only get pick 16.

We can not take that risk.

Pick 16, on top of wherever we finish is still quite good, and should see a very talented kid come through in the draft.

Or give us currency to trade.

I'd be comfortable with that given the position we are in. Think Cockatoo and 2 first rounders is a bit of a stretch as that's effectively 3 years of first rounders. Would really hurt Geelong's list profile (which is already slightly skewed if they trade our draft picks).

Edit: just to clarify I think danger is worth 2 first rounders and cockatoo. I just don't think geelong would do it.

1st rounder and Cocktaoo.

We know what the Cats first rounder is this year, next year is unpredictable.

Take their **** and it will hurt their fans.

Happy with Free Agency and how it's currently structured .....have to really as risked "restraint of trade " actions

That said until those qualifications are met ......we have to stop this free movement of players as if under Free Agency

The Cam McCarthy request with 2 years on a contract is an example of how ridiculous it's getting ......player / club balance is way out of wack

Nathan Freeman wants out of Collingwood after two years and no games played ......why? ..because Collingwood put a performance based contract to him & St Kilda paying $300K per annum ......no games played in 2 years people

Clubs should not be able to trade players in their initial rookie contract ......but thereafter should have full freedom to trade to whichever club it deems fit NOT the player having a say

It's accepting massive unders. Dangerfield is worth way more than 2015 pick 12 and 2016 pick 16.

Thing is that a lot of Crows players would be unhappy with that.

Realistically, if we could get an undertaking from GC they would take 14 and CEY for Bennel, I would do it.
