Just to recap, your "very real" possibility either involves:
Yes, both scenarios are a remote "possibility", but not even close to being "very real" possibilities. So stop making up ridiculous, far fetched scenarios and calling them "very real" possibilities. Possibilities they may be, but "very real" they most certainly are not.
- Trading with Carlton for their #1 pick, which is wrongly assuming Carlton won't want to use their #1 pick for Dangerfield themselves.
- Dangerfield sitting out of football for a year, which is ridiculous and highly unlikely.
Are these the scenarios he's stated as being very real !?!?

The word remote doesn't even come close to this fantasy laden scenario let alone " very real " possibility
Even the trading with Carlton scenario would involve Geelong giving up something
