So, What does everyone think of this guys form?
According to the dude on Fox sports, Chick said he was forced off the ground and had to have treatment for a punch in the stomach/ribs. He was badly bruised.

...apparently, though, West Coast have a unique treatment regime, and Daniel did all of the icing for this injury at home and didn't tell the club. He said he gets bruised all the time and just treats himself at home without telling the club. Bill Thomas, what are you doing? :D

Unfortunately, for Daniel, he was then shown to be stretching the truth a little again, when it was shown that he actually left the field before Carr whacked him in the guts...allegedly, of course!! :D

Sounds like poor Chicky might need to join Benny on his little holiday before too long.

How many of their players are forgetting where they are and what's going on? Brauny was standing in front of 40,000 people with a microphone and a tv camera, yet he thought he was only talking to his teammates? Benny thought he was in his garage when he was in the middle of Canning Highway? Fletch can't remember if it was a vaccination, a virus or alcohol that caused him to nearly die? It's obviously pretty confusing being a West coast player.

You forgot Kerry, thought he was at a wrecker's yard and tried to pinch an aerial for his VE commodore. And the time he thought he was a pharmacist. And the time Lynchy thought he was at a blue-light disco and another bloke had asked him for a dance.
 
It's a joke this even went as far as it did as far as I'm concerned.
 
Selwood needs a QC for two days so he can remember what he said.

I really hope he wasn't confused about where he was though.

he is either a low dirty dog for making it up for the sake of it, or he is just taking the piss and thinks it is funny.

Personally I think of the 3 - Selwood, Des and Chick, chick has come out of this week the worst. Dobber, with the evidence not only not backing him up, but blowing holes in the theory the guys even clashed at all.

A shame, Chick is one of the few Eagles players I like, last Christmas (of 05) him and a few mates were in the pen next to us in their boat, little fishing trip it seemed, a couple days, they had some help getting into their pen and we gladly helped them out, came over onto our boat for a few beers and seemed a pretty genuine sorta bloke. He also shows this on The Western Front.
 
This is going to look bad on Chick's behalf. Now, whenever he complains to an umpire, the umpire may not believe. Same with other players. He's basically made it impossible for a player to report another player ever again (what a pity!! :rolleyes: ).

Bringing the game into disrepute? You'd think there would be a fair chance that if he was simply fabricating something that he could be charged with that.
 
Apparently the afl investigator called Josh Carr, and told him he was being reported. Carr replied "Is it the Waters clash", and the investigator told him no, it isn't Beau Waters. Josh asked "well, is it the run in I had with Stenglein?" And again he was told no. "Well who is it then?" Daniel Chick he was told. "But I didn't touch Daniel Chick!"

That lawyer really got us good..... why did daniel chick get the work experience guy?

Apparently chicky swore on the life of his daughter on channel ten that he was telling the truth...... which makes it even more farcical.... why even bring your daughter into it.....even if you're telling the truth.... >,<

Maybe you can help us out midorigreenwood, with just how much preparation it does take to tell the truth? Des is apparently a complete headcase, yet he managed to stick to his story for at least 3 days running. Chick has not only made himself out to be a complete moron, but he's managed to drag his club down yet another notch in the eyes of all non-believers - that's a pretty good effort given how low they are already sitting.
