Honestly was going to post to say he plays like Jordy Dawson MKII.
Imagine 2 of them as onballers, my word.

For me its the kicking that stands out for me - creative kick, weight of pass, penetration. Can't teach that.

Add in potential FA of Hayward, McCluggage (I’d throw $$ at him) it’s a chance to finish the rebuild

I get the worry about the go-home stuff, but we need more elite talent in if we're to win another Premiership, so at the end of the day we gotta take a risk like this every now and then and work our butts off to get it to work because we're not in Victoria and can't rely solely on picking from SA.

For what it cost to move up to take that risk I think it was well worth it.

That’s the key. The cost to take this risk was minimal. A second rounder that would have only been used for points anyway

The potential reward is huge in comparison

I hadn’t seen footage before. FMD, he’s a gun. The poise, skill, agility for someone his size. Ridiculous.

A lot of the best tall's come from this situation.

Far out has he grown? Listed at 197cm.
Doesn’t move like he’s 197

Are there any mids in the comp this tall? Cripps is still only 195 and Bont 192.

I didn’t watch the footage too closely of when he was called out, expected it to be worse.

He was fine, just seems that type of character that doesn’t show too much emotion. Definitely no Tanner Bruhn reaction.

This will be a great test for the club, will be a test to keep him, great clubs do it.

Good thing is it’s a 3 year deal, we don’t need to worry about this now, just enjoy his development and BOG performances.
