I now agree with the rest of the clubs fans that so far 99% of Collingwood fans are idiots.

Dave The Man is 100% right and Harris is about as accountable as Joel Bowden playing loose in the back line, Harris has great hands but his opponent destroys him every week and has no defensive side to his game. Anyone that thinks he is half the player Obree is , is an idiot, anyone who suggest Josh Fraser as a trade is a very big idiot.

Harris is worth a 5th round selection or maybe a 4th rounder.

Laidly is not a Harris fan and he has been on the end of some big sprays by him, they have a solid mid-field and will not be re-signed. A) they can't afford it, B) he is expendable.

No disrespect as the first few pages of this thread were sensible until North Melbourne supporters got involved, but I would be nothing short of gutted if we traded Daniel Harris. Is the leagues second best clearance player (I consider Mitchell the best) and its clear when Harris is off the ground we are far from our best, not to mention he could quite possibly be our next captain. (Although Petrie is making a strong case this season).

I consider a handful of players untouchable; Hamish McIntosh, Jesse Smith, Daniel Wells and Daniel Harris. These lads are the engine room of our next serious Premiership push.

Gut running is only of value if you can use it and the weak little mongrel can't do that. His disposal never hits targets, in fact often results in direct turnovers (observe first quarter and 3rd last week, first and 3rd quarter v Carlton), and he is still soft (watch his effot on the members wing in the last quarter against Carlton and his poor attempt at trapping the ball in the dying minutes of the North game).

Don't serve me up bullshit and tell me it's chocolate, he plays like Craig Bradley with no skill, nowhere near the tank and his efforts to curtail his opponents are rarely effective when the heat is actually in the game.

Please see through the facade of his ability to get on is won and stand next to an opponent with his frail little arm on their hip.

so you really just refuse to see how much the kid runs, how he can curtail his opponent and set up play himself while using the ball efficnetly (75%+).

I will take it about his disposal, it is valid even though he had improved. But to say he is soft is absolute bollocks. So he was beaten in a contest, that doesn't indicated softeness. R.Shaw puts it on the line time after time and gives his all.
