Haha, talk about coincidence. Thought Schism was Whoa Man. The 3 dark ambient bands he recommended happen to all be in Schism's opening post.

Glad you've enjoyed it , Staruha Mha have 2 albums out -"Fires" and "Rusali" you can find them both using Google blog search. Unfortunately Roman Sidorov , the man behind that project is no longer with us.

I tried Desiderii Marginis the other night, can't say I particularly liked them.

Atrium Carceri and Northaunt though Mesmerising.

No i don't think i have, been busy this year as you know, catching up on some releases now. I'll put it on the to-do list. New DA can be difficult to keep track of, there isn't a critical mass of sites devoted to it like there is for metal. And even then, the sites that are about DA usually cover a broad spectrum of ambient and electronic music. My modus operandi in the past has simply been to check for releases from favourite artists randomly every few months.
