We don't need to worry about Darren Jolly. He has had a slow start to the year, but at some stage in the near future he will enter the fray, and when he does, we won't be worrying about a couple of poor performance in winning sides in rounds 1 and 2

First Sydney dropkick I've come across on bigfooty. Congratulations.

While we're saying thank you's, thank your mum for me for last night.

Wasn't expecting your dad to watch though.

Premature ejaculation problems I see. You know they make a nasal spray for that these days.

Thanks for Lewis Jetta, Jolly!! :D:D:thumbsu:

And Seaby also says "Thanks Darren"

Oh and prob Jolly has issues at home..he usually plays bad when he is bitch slapped by his missers..2006 GF says hello MrsJolly.
How many times have we beaten you

8 or 9 times straight?

You and your band of other teams scraps and hacks can run along away now

You're a w***er mate. I haven't seen you around the Swans board before but let me assure you that you're not welcome.

As for Jolly... As much as I dislike the guy I think he'll come good for you guys sooner rather than later. Give him time.

Agree with Malfan. Don't paint all Swans supporters with that troll.

Collingwood will finish top 4 and Jolly will go alright, but I hope he doesn't go alright against us though. :p

As long as he unleashes in September, I'm not worried

He will take a while to get used to our game plan, but come September when we have historically struggled against the big bodied ruckmen, Jolly will come into his own.

I fail to see how Collingwood and Sydney's play styles has anything to do with his inability to win a tap.

Add to this:

a) People always talk about our style being SIMILAR to Sydney's as the reason for our dominance over them

b) He seemed to do fine in practice matches

c) Not only is he not touhcing the ball, as I said, he's not even winning tap outs. The main reason we even bothered with him.

I must say, I got carried away with the excitement of getting Jolly down to Collingwood, but that sheen is wearing off fast.

It'll only get worse as we play teams with better ruck divisions.

Jamar was playing a lone hand in the ruck and still managed to embarass both Jolly and Fraser.

Hell, on one occasion, for a boundary throw in, Jolly AND fraser went up against Jamar, and still lost.

one problem seems to be that he's continually getting caught behind on throw-ins
100% agree , that was the most frustrating thing all day. get in front jolly stop playing from behind. who the hell is the ruck or miidfield coach, cannot believe nothing changed during the game it was that obvious.

Are you guys for real? give the bloke a chance to adjust to our game style, you guys are not expecting an all australian year from jolly are you?
The bloke has done nothing i totally agree, but we got eight premiership points so far and we have fraser freed up.
What else were you guys expecting? A Cox or Sandilands type ruckman. relax already your making all of us look stupid. like how most of you were saying to de-list toovey two years ago. GEEZ WAKE UP PIE FANS...

The thing about going for the ball in a rucking situation is it is the same no matter who you are playing for. Beat your direct opponent to the ball by hand. It is that black and white.

He may need some time to settle in to set plays, and to get a few kicks here and there, but being out bodied and giving away free kicks every second bounce/throw in is just poor play, whether it is a players first or 200th game at a club.

He has been pathetic in the ruck so far, and unsighted around the ground. But, lets take it one step at a time. This weeks aim, don't give away 20 free kicks you *******!

i'm hoping we keep winning and he still has a couple of shit ones so his value goes down and i can get him in my DT and Supercoach Teams. He'll come good- once he gets his hand to the ball he'll hit a bit of form

I just can't understand why when Jolly man handles Jamar it's a free kick yet when Jamar man handles Jolly it's play on.

i felt sorry for him against the dogs.. the umps gave 4 or 5 free kicks against him and hudson seem to be the favourite between the two.
