Yeah, trying something new, outside your comfort zone, so what if he is really a he-she! ;)

??? Most older guys can't stand on their own two feet? Who supports them then?

Not that I value or respect your opinion on the matter as from what i can tell you have gained the majority of your relationship experience in a dark corner behind your local boozer.

exuse me? local boozer? drinking?

Have you got a pic, I might be interested. :D

Ohh, I dunno, Cornelia. If you're anything like your TV persona you scare me. Remind me too much of my old school teachers! :D

I should have explained myself better perhaps.

The 'Ice Princess' jibe was what was generally levelled by the male population at those of the female population who were 'virgins...and proud of it'

It's not my personal view (hell I admire and respect them for ignoring the crowd, and waiting until their ready). I was lucky enough to be in a serious relationship for a long time from a VERY young age. If not for her moving interstate for a scholarship, we would have been married as soon as it was legal.

I have no regrets over it, but many, many of my friends do, (though the guys won't admit it)

im 16 dating a 20 yr old... i guess that difference isnt as much as some of the one's said on here tho! i've found it to be alot better than going out with someone my age. its lasted a ****load longer than previous ones too!

i have always like older guys * then when i liked a guy who was like 7 months younger than me ppl were like... OMG.. that is sick.. & i was like.. well i am 17 & he is still 16...... WHAT THE??? that was nothing compared to any of this...... i would be going out with a guy a year older than me had he have had a brain 2day........ LOL

wish me luck

I have never gone out with a guy older than me, my last partner was 9 years younger than me, doesn't matter the age as long as they are all adults, not 14.

That's a load of bull**** because most older guys still cant even stand on their own two feet and act less than their age. If anything she probably doesn't want to be a little girl by dating a little boy. No matter how old a guy is anyway he should always look after the girl and make her feel secure anyway that is a guys job afterall we r the ones who gotta do all the work poppin kids out :p

Thank you Spidey!

:p :D

Going out with a younger guy has just always seemed, hmmmm just not right. Especially at my age, aparently us girls mature faster (??) than the guys, so why would we go even younger than our age?
But then again....... younger guys are more likely to treat you better because all their mates will think they are top **** for getting and older girl, where as older guys are probably more likely to be in it for a ro0t
Meh, its all too confusing, maybe we should all just have arranged marriages like they used to, be home and hosed by the time we are 16 :)

Age difference shouldn't matter in a proper adult relationship. Christ, I just married someone who is 13 years older than me. We don't even notice an age difference. It has never bothered us and it's never likely too. As long as both people are compatible then age means nothing.
Unless of course one of the partners is only 14!

Agree with you Bee. I just married someone 15 years older than me. I'm 24 & he's 39 but we don't notice the age gap at all.
But a 20yr old dating a 14yr old is just wrong cos a 14yr old is still just a child.

Bee it would probably matter when youz get older though. Guys usually die earlier as it is. Aren't u scared of being a widow?

Guess you could ask the same thing of me. I don't really like to think about that, just enjoy life while we're alive. Who knows what's round the corner. I could just as easily get hit my a bus or something tomorrow & my husband would be left a widower!
