Its a good step toward both health and fitness. I'm nowhere near fit enough to attempt it, but I would like to one day

Depression can sometimes make something as simple as getting out of bed seem like attempting to walk the Kokoda track, so for him to muster up the mental and physical strength to actually walk it is a great sign. Good to see Murphy made it as well.
