Really happy with the win, just fought out the game, took the game on in the second half. We still have the same issues but a lot of individuals had good games and when we do that and pressure we are competitive.

I just feel we could make our own lives a lot easier and win more comfortably when we look to hit up some passes, late the game when we had guys like Duursma and Parker and others just pick out a relatively easy soft kick in front of one of our players, it just gives us easy opportunities to score.

There is only so much you can change mid season but if we really focus on the team oriented footy more over the pre-season then anything is possible.

My favourite Wardlaw moment wasn't one of his hard ball gets or pressure acts. It was the kick inside 50 in the last quarter he took a bit off, and found Curtis with a short one in between three GC defenders.
