If I leave the legendaries in the post. Will they be guaranteed purple by next patch?

Hard to say as they stated that any legendary engrams should be used as it won't be counted after the patch

Just had one myself and got a blue and a strange coin

At least it'll end next week with that crap

I'm in the same boat. My one legendary engram ended up a blue. I've managed to get all blue items and currently level 22.

Just trying to grind to buy a legendary as I don't think I'll be finding one through loot.

Bungie have said that any legendaries you have in your inventory when the patch hits will be automatically blues, so use them now. All you can really do is save up all your engrams so that you can get cryptarch levels after the patch hits, which will result in legendaries.

I'm at the point where i cant upgrade any armor and therefore move up from LVL 27 without getting Ascendant Shards. Hopefully this coming weeks patch speeds that up.

I've also got the Cryptarch guy only 50 points away from leveling, have 15 blue engrams saved up as a result. Hopefully get a few legendaries in the post, last level were blue shit.

I ended up doing the Queens quest a couple of times to get some legendary gear. Got the chest piece first time round but unfotunately got the same chest piece second time round.

Got me stuffed how people find so much legendary gear yet along exotic. Really hoping to pick up a half decent sniper and a good primary weapon soon.

Sick to death that when I finally get a legendary it turns into a blue that is so far off what I already have it's not funny. Last legendary turned into 115 chest armour when mine are above 200 already? Patch come quick enough although the grind of the game is starting to get to me already.

So I have played the game for 34 hours about 1-2 of those would be MP and I have gotten 3 legendary drops in that time, 1 from the queens mission (a handy helmet), 1 from the loot cave and (a blue hip rag good for nothing) and one for leveling up or some shit that turned into shit good for nothing armour, can't wait for the other 34 hours to get absolutely nothing ffs. Starting to wear thin Bungie.
AND now just to upgrade the one legendary I have I gotta farm Venus for 5 hours just to get 40 ****in items to upgrade a helmet but also need ascendant shards that I just can't get cause the best way to get them is to dismantle legendary gear lol.
