Yup. Has been some 'sharing' of guns going on...Just ridiculous really.....after the hundreds of raids/nightfalls/chests/packages etc I have opened in my time and scrapped for the odd decent piece, he has just crushed it the last coiuple of days.

I am going to start calling him Rich_Reidshadow!!

I just done level 8 Sword of Crota last night. Had a checkpoint at the sword pick up part. 2 pleb cursed thralls are there so I'd just kill them. Go back to orbit, come back in & do it again. Done it pretty quick after searching the same area for ages on patrol & seeing zip first.

I managed to it on the Rasputin level on the expansion pack. Once you get in the computer room Omnigul spawns a few. easy enough to pick off.

I definitely wouldn't say no. Also keen to jump in on some more IB if that's going tonight. Was smashing through the Thorn bounty before I had to go to bed when the pizza party kicked off.

Was thinking today I might just outright buy the updated Patience & Time from Xur, then shard the old one & get the upgrade for the Crest of Alpha Lupi & can keep the other exotic shard I already have.

So basically an updated exotic weapon & chest plate for 17 coins. Worth it?

What time and how long would it take?

I'm interested but it will depend on whether it will cause domestic disharmony.

If it is only 15-30 minutes and a time can be arranged it will probably be OK. Otherwise tomorrow I'm up for it (and would like to with all three characters).

BTW I have the Crota checkpoint on my hunter.

What else do you have to spend your strange coins on? Patience and Time is a pretty good sniper rifle, especially when used at longer ranges as you can have the field scout perk, the default scope isn't great for close/medium range but the updated scope is but you lose the field scout. It absolutely wrecks on arc burn nightfalls.
