jonnno brown would. With Hall standing there in the mood that he was in, its probably not a good move to run in and take him on.
Fly the flag or not, there isn't an AFL footballer that could stand toe to toe with Hall, and he appeared to be in the mood to prove it.
Yep and if you look even closer and through blue and gold coloured glasses you can see 20 other west coast players also slipping over on the surface thus not being able to fly the flag.
Look.....Bazzas hit was more gutless than any of the eagles not sticking up for Staker but you cannot deny that it was very dissapointing that Hunter slipping on his arse was the only immediate retalition that west coast could dish out.
Hunter slips over a lot in these sorts of circumstances. He need to check his studs.
But Hunter >>> the rest of the bystanders.
The question is, was Glass' nudge of Hall into the fence a subtle square-up, or accident ?

Brown isn't that stupid. Hall would rearrange his face with a few swift blows.jonnno brown would.
All I will say is that if we were playing a team like hawthorn it would have been a VERY busy night at the tribunal.
Hunter ran in with all good intentions of "flying the flag" but saw the fires of hell burning in BBBB Hall's eyes and thought better of it, hence he went to ground after attempting to hold his ground just shy of fronting Baz.
As sad an attempt as it looked, I have to tip my hat that Hunter was the only guy in there to let Baz know it wasn't on. Waters at the break is a waste of time - if he was genuine he would have done it at the time the incident occured.
And for Woosha to say that the players responded accordingly is a load of BS. He would be seething at the lack of any decent response. But it was a pretty fair reflection of how insipidly they played.
. The umpire was right in the middle and Glass was telling them to watch themselves i guess. As i say it was no more spectacular, but there was a bit more after Hunter got up.

I'd like to point out an incident in 2007 to all West Coast Supporters.
Syd v Rich.
BBBB Hall had just done the wrong thing to one of the Richmond players either behind the play or just off the ball...i think it was the latter.
A young first year player in the one of his first few games with Richmond went straight at Bazza for some push n shove to fly the flag. Dan Connors was the player i think. An 18 year old in his first season and prob his 1st or 2nd game was willing to do that to one of the most "feared" blokes in the comp. All because he wanted to show some respect to his team mate and his club.
I support neither of these sides nor West Coast, but your Eagles players need to take a leaf from that young bloke. I know i'd prefer playing in a side where i know my team mates have got my back.
