Do they still exist? They were amazing; pineapple, lime, red creaming, passionfruit, grape etc etc.

Massive craving for one of them, would go down a treat with vodka.

Don't know about where you are but there's a few specialist confectionary stores here in Adelaide that I know import international soft drinks.

Asian grocery stores also seem to commonly do this. I occasionally grab a 'Root Beer' from the one in the Central Markets.

Alternatively the internet will always supply, there are a few places that supply US confectionary in Australia.

With any option be prepared to pay for it though. $3 per can would be about right.

The blueberry one is great. It's like drinking liquid sugar.

Yep, asian convenience stores are definately the way to go. Can grab cans for between $1.30 - $3.00 depending on where you go. I've seen a few different types of fanta at these places and they taste magnificent! :thumbsu:

Anyone found them in Perth?
Farmer Jacks in Leeming (I think had pineapple), imported confectionery stall in the Fremantle markets (strawberry, grape, pineapple, though the flavoured Mountain Dews are better), some IGA's (occasionally Kardinya) and a couple of other places.

M favs are the Japanese "shake shake" Fantas. Flavoured fizzy jelly drink.

This probably doesnt have anything to do with the thread...but does anyone know where to purchase Guarana Antarctica in Melbourne?

Love Grape Fanta but have to go to the SA food shelf in IGA to find it and then part with more money than a small can is really worth. But still I buy it.

Mmmm the Fanta's were great.

Anyone tried Bundaberg Peach Ginger Beer? Unbelievably awesome, however they're very rare - I can only fnd them in country IGA stores.

You can get a frozen Apple Fanta with the Shrek Meal at Macca's now. Quirky.

Grapefruit Fanta is amazing.

Drank heaps of it in Japan, haven't seen it anywhere else.
Frozen Grapefruit Fanta?

Yeah we used to mix it with Melon Fanta at our local net cafe (all you can drink).

Not sure if they sell it anymore, they change product lines so quickly here.

Just had clear Tropical Fanta. Pretty alright.

Grape fanta is easily the best , havent seen it in the shops but you can get it at most of the South African stores.

Personally my favs out of the normal types are strawberry and grapefruit.

You can get grape everywhere here, moreso than orange so I'v just become used to it.

When I went to World of Coke in Atlanta they had fountains dispencing a huge range of different flavoured Fanta, Coke and other soft drinks from the Coaca Cola stable. The wierdest one was a lychee and ginger flavour, while the best featured pineapple, banana and mango Fanta from Kenya.
