I agree, two seasons ago he was incredible and this season for who knows why but struggled and with Medhurst (gone) Davis (declining) and Cloke (who knows if he will resign) he is a must.

Our depth this season assisted us winning the PREMIERSHIP, so keeping the pressure on our best 22 will go a long way to repeating

We won't and I am happy with that on a number of fronts. He is too talanted a player to throw away at this stage because we would get unders in a trade anyway.

Jack has the size, talent and versatility to be a very good swing man or foward and even if he isn't able to break into our side, the pressure from guys like Jack, as well as the depth and the ability that depth gives us to man manage is extremely important.

Our fowardline was good this year (good enough to win a flag) but we saw a couple of times including GF 1 that it could use another target, Jack maybe able to be that target if he is able to get his fitness to a level in which he can go higher up the ground and contribute to the defensive press.

Yes we wouldn't want him going anywhere because as already stated, he could be a great swing man.

Just needs to improve his piss poor attitude.

He should be kept.

He kicked 50 goals two years ago - key position backmen who can play forward and kick accurately are rare, particularly ones who can do it regularly like he did in 2009.

For me he is the perfect candidate for the sub position. I know it would change week to week, but he would be perfect in the role, because he can come in to replace a KPD or a KPF without breaking stride.

Our depth was a major factor in our premiership, and allowed us to rest our players progressively through the year, I'm not in favour of trading away our depth when it has been erroded slightly already with the departure of Tarks, Medhurst, Fraser etc. His versatility means he's even more important given he can truely be categorised as depth in the forward line and the backline, and may even develop into a genuine best 21 player.

It looks like he will go to Sydney for a second rounder. Thats what I am hearing.

Would be devistated if he went for just a second rounder pick. If it happens you just have to assume he wanted out.

If I was Jack, and just heard old man Cloke's threat, surely you'd stick around and see what happens? He'll almost be a walkup start in the 22 if Trav left (yes, I know, that's got about 2% chance of happening)
