You are assuming we have a game plan. The only evidence I have come across under Hardwick is when Jack said we sucks at trying to copy the Hawks game plan a year or two back.

If we went out of our way to target an upgrade on Shaun then it's a moot point but at this point in time he IS the best ruckman on our list whether you like it or not.

He has our team 18th (only because there is no 19th) for inside 50's and 18th for tackles. One of those stats indicates we are less likely than the other team to kick a score enough to win and the other indicates our lack of ability or intensity to try get the ball back off the opposition. Two non negotiables there for me. Back when I played under 12's if you didn't tackle you got dragged, not at Richmond though.

I agree with everything you've said there. Absolute non negotiables and any person with an understanding of the game would struggle to promote a supportive argument against those poor numbers. Step aside please Dimma for the good of the club.
