Seriously, all the best for Egan. I hope he defies medical reports and gets back to being the super player he is.

The cats will be a very very hard team to beat next year. I don't understand why there is so much animosity between Hawk and Geelong supporters. I think it is a healthy rivalry and to be honest, I think we will have a hard time beating the cats in 09. In saying that, if our guns stay healthy and continue to improve we are a chance to make the top 4 again and from there anything can happen.

A couple of injuries at the wrong time, coaching errors etc and it all goes bad very quickly. I hope our team and supporters pull their head in and try to be humble in winning and gracious in losing.

Good post 'Hawkzz'. Don't like your chances of success with the pulling in your heads and being humble bits though. Not with a big mouth Prez who has already indicated you're in for a generation of premierships. The ingrained Hawthorn arrogance is already rearing its head.
